Enquiry privacy notice

Updated 22 October 2026. This notice covers requests sent to the Marim website at agency.zbam.app. Marim is the trading name used on this website. [Controller: legal name, registered address and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number to be added by the owner.]

What we collect and why

When you request a review or proposal, the site operator receives the name, business email, business name, destination, public listing or website link and any optional details you submit. We use them to assess your request, prepare a response and discuss the service you requested. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Links may contain a campaign or reference code. If present, we save those codes with your request to understand which outreach led to the enquiry. We do not use advertising pixels or an analytics cookie in this form.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored on the server supporting this website, outside the public website directory. They are accessible to the site operator for handling the request. There is no public enquiry list. We do not sell your enquiry details. Technical hosting suppliers may process data to operate the site.

The form temporarily uses connection information to limit spam. Connection information is not saved in the enquiry record. Fonts and animation files are served from this website; no third-party services are loaded.

How long we keep it

Website enquiry records are deleted after 90 days. If a request becomes a client relationship, information needed for that relationship and required accounting records will be handled separately under the agreed contract and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the private request form below and include your enquiry reference if available. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the authority where you live.
